KINSTRETCH WITH KYLE
Connecting the mind, the body & the breath for strength training, flexibility, and optimal range of motion. Helping you reach your fullest movement potential.
1:1 Personal Training & Mobility Classes
For years I struggled with excruciating lower back pain as well as a laundry list of body issues and impairments. My body was a mess and all of this was a consequence of improper training and over training. I knew very little about mobility work. I thought it looked silly and I was resistant to changing my ways. For some reason I just felt like I had to do thousands of squats and hundreds of bench presses in order to be strong and healthy. It got to a point where the pain and stiffness was so bad that I knew I had to finally do something about it. It wasn’t until I discovered Functional Range Systems that I finally set aside the traditional style of strength training and took my physical fitness down a different path of mobility and joint specific training. This style of training changed my life.
“Through deep stretching, active mobility, and isometrics, we build a bridge between our mind and body where we learn to lean into our limits, soothe our central nervous system, and create safety by building strength in areas we tend to avoid or rarely train.”
WHY TRAIN KINSTRETCH?
-
INCREASE STRENGTH & MOBILITY
Mobility refers to the amount of active, usable motion that one possesses. The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.
-
IMPROVE JOINT HEALTH
Kinstretch in a nutshell is joint specific training. While improving mobility and movement potential, the FRC system also acts to ‘bullet-proof’ your joints so that movement can be executed safely.
-
REDUCE PAIN AND INJURY
Training with FRC improves the function of your nervous system which in turn leads to a reduction of pain and injury, enhanced joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
