My name is Kyle Devero and I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years now. Physical Fitness has always been a way of life for me. I love training Jiu Jitsu, being in nature, and I’ve been known to climb some rocks from time to time.
Mobility training changed my life and my perspective on what being fit & healthy truly means. This style of training drastically changed my body. Today, at 43 years old I am pain free, moving better, and feeling stronger than I ever have in my entire life. Discovering Kinstretch helped me heal ongoing pain, and become the strongest that I’ve ever been.
Weight training should be utilized to build strength in all of your movement and range of motion. You should be lifting weights with the intention of feeling great in your body without pain or restriction in your movement. You can feel solid and strong without feeling bulky or stiff. You can build muscle while simultaneously strengthening your mobility and movement capacity throughout your entire body: your neck, shoulders, scapula, elbows, wrists, spine, hips, knees, ankles, fingers, and toes.
Through my classes and 1-1 training sessions I offer guidance on how to heal and transform your body. You’ll walk away with lasting strength, agility and flexibility + practices you can use long-term to support your health and wellbeing. I work with men and women from all different backgrounds, helping them relieve their bodies from any nagging pains, tightness, soreness, and aches so they can get back to feeling supple and mobile again. I want my clients to move on this earth free from injuries.
