Kyle Devero is a Los Angeles based strength and mobility trainer with over 10 years in the field. His expertise comes from his extensive education in functional body training, his steady commitment to Jui Jistu, and his personal dedication to physical efficiency. He holds multiple certifications, including a FRC (Certified Mobility Specialist) and a FRA (Certified Functional Range Assessment Specialist).
While Kyle trains individuals of all ages and fitness levels, he specializes in training athletes and martial artists. Currently a purple belt training under Tahi Burns at PKG Martial Arts Academy, he practices almost daily and teaches weekly mobility classes.

Breathwork is a regular part of his personal practice, and he incorporates breathing into his classes and 1:1 sessions to promote efficiency, depth, and support for the nervous system while simultaneously teaching you to relax into discomfort.
